The Australian government's Australian Renewable Energy Agency will invest A$30 million (US$20 million) to support the development of domestic sustainable aviation fuel production from agricultural feed stocks. The funds will be distributed via grants for engineering studies or pilot programs across the supply chain.
Airbus said lessor Avolon has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to order 20 A330-900 aircraft.

Embraer has secured orders from Canary Islands-headquartered Binter (six E195-E2s), American Airlines subsidiary, Envoy Air (seven E175s) and Lanzhou Aviation Industry Development Group for 20 E190F and E195F passenger-to-freighter conversions and also a pool program services agreement with Star Air.
FedEx has announced net profit rose 176%, to US$1.5 billion, in the three months to May 31 compared with the same months in 2022. “The solid close to the fiscal year demonstrates the significant progress Team FedEx has made in advancing our global transformation while adapting to the dynamic demand environment,” FedEx CEO, Raj Subramaniam, said.

Recaro Aircraft Seating is developing a supplier furnished equipment catalogue of seats for Embraer's E1 and E2 aircraft programs, including its BL3710 and SL3710 economy seats. The catalogue will be eligible for offers in mid-2024.
