Airports of Thailand has announced five of its directors have submitted their resignations from the airport company: independent director and chair of the remuneration committee, Suttirat Rattanachot, and independent director and chair of the risk management committee, Krit Sesavej, stepped down from the board on October 19, Air Chief Marshal Bhanupong Seyayongka, director and chair of the corporate governance committee, will leave the board on November 19 and independent director, chair of the audit committee Wara Tongprasin, and independent director and member of the audit and risk management committees, Krichthep Simlee, will end their directorships on November 27.
