Air India fatal crash report released

The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau’s (AAIB) preliminary report into the crash of Air India flight AI171 said the aircraft’s flight data recorders show the fuel control switches on the 787-8 were switched to "cut-off" position shortly after takeoff, stopping fuel from being delivered to the twin aisle’s engines.
