Overview

It has been an important week in Asia-Pacific aviation as the Dutch Safety Board released the final report on MH17, and the European Aviation Safety Agency followed with a safety information bulletin warning of the risks overflying the current conflict zones in Iran, Iraq and the Caspian Sea. Meanwhile, Airbus confirmed the launch of the A350ULR program and, unsurprisingly, Singapore Airlines placed an order for six frames to resume direct flights to the U.S.
