Launch customer China Eastern Airlines accepts second C919

Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC) has delivered a second C919 to China Eastern Airlines (CEA). Read More » The C919, registration B-919C, was handed to CEA in a delivery ceremony at COMAC’s Zhuqiao base on July 14, the air framer said. COMAC said the aircraft, configured with eight business and 156 economy seats, will enter commercial service “in the near future”. CEA's first C919 started commercial flying in late May. The SkyTeam alliance member has ordered five C919s and has options for another 15 of the type.
