Air France-KLM and Apollo Global Management have signed a definitive agreement for Apollo to raise €500 million (US$644 million) in financing for Air France’s Engineering and Maintenance activities.

British Airways has launched a new pilot cadet scheme, Speedbird Pilot Academy. It will fund 60 places at an approved pilot training school and offer those who pass the course a position as a pilot at the airline.

India-based DreamFolks has announced a strategic collaboration with Plaza Premium Group to include the Hong Kong-headquartered company's network of 340 airport loungers in its offering.

Embraer and Eve Air Mobility will establish an electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft production facility at Embraer's headquarters in Brazil.

Japanese electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft manufacturer, SkyDrive, has signed a Letter of Intent with Austin Aviation for up to five aircraft.
