elfc has announced its chief financial officer, Richard Hough, will be the company’s next president and CEO following the retirement of Tom Barrett, a 23-year veteran of the lessor, on December 31. On the same date, Bruce Ross will succeed Wormald as executive vice president and general counsel at the Ireland-headquartered group.
AirAsia X (AAX) announced last week that non-executive and non-independent director, Dato Fam Lee Ee, has taken on the role of deputy chair of the board. Dato Fam has been a director of the LCC group since March 2008. There was no deputy chair until Dato Fam's appointment.
