EVA Airways passengers exceed one million for second consecutive month

Taiwan’s EVA Airways carried 1.05 million passengers in August, an improvement over the 1.03 million customers flown in July and 352.5% higher than the 232,199 passengers it transported in the same month in 2022. Read More » Passenger revenue for the 31 days was NT$13 billion (US$407 million), a 247% year-on-year increase from NT$3.8 billion in August last year. Compared with pre-COVID-19, EVA’s August passengers were 87.4% of the 1.2 million customers transported in August 2019. Passenger revenue was 134.7% of the NT$9.7 billion the Star Alliance member booked in the same month four years ago.
