Malaysia Airlines aims to restore full meal services by November

Malaysia Airlines has re-introduced hot meals on more domestic and international flights after its catering operations were boosted by the arrival of 10 hi-lift trucks at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Read More » The oneworld alliance member's flights have been impacted by the recent end of a contract with Brahim Food Services that has resulted in the suspension of hot meals on a host of the carrier’s flights. The airline is expecting another 10 hi-lift trucks - to ensure food safety was not compromised during the transportation and loading of meal carts onto the aircraft - “in the coming months”. The flag carrier intends to return to full meal services across its fleet from mid-November.
