Air India introduces self-service check-in facilities at Delhi airport

Air India passengers departing Delhi on all domestic flights and on international services to Australia now have the options of self-service check in kiosks and baggage drop facilities at the capital city airport. Read More » The Star Alliance member is the first India carrier operating out of Delhi to offer passengers self-service options. “We not only plan to extend this service to more countries around the world, but also to introduce it at other airports in India and major airports in other parts of the world,” Air India chief customer experience and ground handling officer, Rajesh Dogra, said. “Our continuing effort is to simplify processes and elevate the customer experience so our guests can enjoy travelling as much as we love flying them.”
