Airbus and hydrogen-electric aviation company, ZeroAvia, have agreed to work together on certification approaches for hydrogen power systems. The partners also will study liquid hydrogen fuel storage, flight and ground testing of fuel cell propulsion systems, and development of hydrogen refuelling infrastructure and operations. Airbus co-led ZeroAvia's most recent financing round with Barclays Sustainable Impact Capital and NEOM.

BAE Systems FalconWorks division has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with sustainable aircraft technology company, Hybrid Air Vehicles, to develop new tools for communicating and gathering intelligence.

Electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft company, Joby Aviation, which counts Toyota as an investor, has selected Dayton, Ohio in the U.S. as the site of its new manufacturing facility. Joby aims to produce up to 400 eVTOL aircraft a year.

Singapore Changi Airport has opened an interactive exhibition at its Jewel shopping centre. “The Courage to Dream” charts the history of the airport and pays tribute to former prime minister Lee Kuan Yew's vision in establishing the air hub.
