Firefly heading to Bangkok

Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) airline, Firefly, will begin a second nonstop route to Thailand with the launch of Penang-Bangkok Don Mueang on November 3. Read More » The route will operate five times weekly with 737-800s equipped with 189 economy seats. Bangkok Don Mueang is Firefly's latest destination in Thailand alongside existing Penang-Phuket. MAG CEO airlines, Ahmad Luqman Mohd Azmi, said the Don Mueang route is part of the airline group's efforts to expand Firefly's jet operations across the ASEAN region as leisure and business travel continues to improve.
