Air India to open third nonstop India-Bangkok route

The route will be in addition to Air India's daily services to Suvarnabhumi from Delhi and Mumbai. “Building a more robust network is a key element of Air India’s transformation journey,” Air India said. “The new launch is in line with the airline’s commitment to expand connectivity and enhance frequency on its domestic and international sectors as it augments its fleet with new aircraft.” Passengers can connect to 10 popular destinations in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia via Suvarnabhumi on flights operated by the Indian flag carrier’s codeshare partner Bangkok Airways, Air India said.
