Malaysia-headquartered MYAirline said founding CEO, Rayner Teo, has stepped down from his position due to health considerations. Read More » The company's chief operating officer, Stuart Cross, has been appointed interim CEO. “We extend our deepest gratitude to Rayner for his outstanding contributions and unwavering dedication to MYAirline,” MYAirline board directors said in a statement. “We wholeheartedly support his decision to prioritise his health and well-being. With an existing robust team of experienced airline leaders, our commitment to our passengers, employees and partners remains steadfast.” In other MYAirline news, the company is in “advanced stages of finalising strategic partnerships” that hold significant promise for its growth. It also has been granted a two-year extension to its air operator certificate from the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia.
