Read More » Goyder is due to leave his role before the company's 2024 annual general meeting in late 2024. Brenner and Hey will depart the board next February. Qantas has suffered significant damage to its standing after it was inundated with customer complaints about cancelled flights, lost luggage, poor service, difficulties using travel credits and high airfares. “As a board, we acknowledge the significant reputational and customer service issues facing the group and recognise accountability is required to restore trust,” Goyder said.
