MYAirline grounded due to “significant financial pressures”

Read More » The airline, which began operations last December, is working on a shareholder restructuring and recapitalisation plan with the aim of resuming operations as quickly as possible. “We deeply regret and apologise for making this decision as we understand the impact it will have on our loyal passengers, dedicated employees and partners,” a MYAirline board statement said: “We have worked tirelessly to explore various partnership and capital raising options to prevent this suspension. Unfortunately, the constraints of time have left us with no alternative but to take this decision.” Impacted passengers are being asked to contact the airline at customercare@myairline.my to initiate their refund processes.
