Thai AirAsia operating three repatriation flights for Thai citizens trapped in the Middle East

Thai AirAsia (TAA) has been “tasked” by Thailand's Ministry of Foreign Affairs to schedule three flights from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to Thailand to evacuate Thais from Israel. Read More » The airline will fly 180-seat A320s from Fujairah in the UAE to Bangkok Don Mueang, via a refuelling stop in Kolkata, on October 24, 27 and 30, with the option to add flights to the rotation until the rescue mission is completed. “AirAsia has prepared meals, snacks and beverages for all passengers on the flights and will be adhering to its high safety standard,” TAA said. “Careful flight operational planning is being undertaken to ensure the repatriation flights do not affect the airline’s normal operations”. Thailand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs organised flights out of Tel Aviv airport to Fujairah, the airline said.
