Airbus reports 119 commercial aircraft orders for October

Airbus reported orders for 119 commercial aircraft for October, lifting total gross orders for 2023 to 1,399 aircraft. Read More » The October figure was underpinned by United Airlines putting pen to paper for 60 A321neos and Cathay Pacific Group's order for 32 A320neo family aircraft. There was also an order for 10 A350-900s from an unidentified customer. Net orders at the end of October stood at 1,334 aircraft. The number of cancelled orders at October 31 was 65 aircraft, an increase of 26 aircraft from 39 cancelled orders at the end of September. Airbus said it delivered 71 aircraft in the reported 31 days, increasing year-to-date deliveries to 559 airliners.
