Air Lease Corporation signed lease agreements with EGYPTAIR covering 18 737 MAX 8 aircraft to be delivered in 2025 and 2026.
airBaltic ordered an additional 30 A220-300s from Airbus, which took the European carrier's firm orders of the type to 80 aircraft. It currently operated 44 A220-300s and was the largest operator of the type.
Emirates Airline placed a top-up order for a further 90 777-X aircraft, comprising 55 777-9X and 35 777-8X widebodies. The order lifted Emirates total 777-X order book to 205 aircraft. The Dubai-headquartered carrier also ordered five more 787 family aircraft and converted a previous order for 30 787-9s to 20 787-8s and 10 787-10s.
United Arab Emirates-headquartered flydubai made its first widebody order, signing an agreement with Boeing for 30 787-9 aircraft.
Royal Air Maroc announced an order for two 787-9 aircraft. The order was previously listed on Boeing's orders and deliveries page as from an unidentified customer.
Royal Jordanian signed with Boeing for four 787-9s and "reconfirmed" a previous order for two 787-9s.
Türkiye-based SunExpress announced a commitment to purchase 28 737-8s and 17 737-10s, as well as the "the opportunity for up to 45" additional 737 MAX aircraft. The airline, a joint-venture between Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines, has an existing order for 42 737 MAX 8s, from which it has received nine aircraft.
