Boeing 737 MAX 10 cleared to commence flight testing

Boeing said its 737 MAX 10 aircraft had received the green light from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to progress to flight testing as part of its certification program. Read More » The aircraft is the largest member of the 737 MAX family and capable of flying 3,100nm and seating up to 230 passengers in a single-class configuration. "The 737-10 has been cleared by the FAA to begin certification flight testing, a significant milestone as we work to get the airplane certified to enter passenger service," Boeing said in a post on social media. The airframer was targeting certification of the 737 MAX 10 by the FAA in 2024.
