Cathay Pacific in talks on freighter order

"As at the date of this announcement, no agreement for the transaction has been reached." Cathay's interim financial results, published in August, showed the oneworld alliance member's freighter fleet comprised six 747-400ERFs and 14 747-8Fs, while its Air Hong Kong unit had eight A300-600Fs, two A330-200Fs and five A330-300P2Fs. Media reports said the airline was leaning towards the A350F for the order.
