Juneyao Airlines to acquire all shares in 9 Air

Juneyao Airlines said it had reached an agreement to acquire the remaining 3.0517% of shares in 9 Air it did not own from minority shareholder Ji Guangping. Read More » The company said in a regulatory filing the share purchase totalled 142.8 million yuan (US$20 million). Once the transaction is completed, 9 Air will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Juneyao Airlines. Juneyao Airlines said the acquisition further optimised its corporate governance structure, improved the efficiency of decision-making and management, supported efforts to achieve sustainable profitability and facilitated the sustainable and stable operating development of its subsidiaries in the future.
