Vietjet teams with Lao Airlines, plans to serve Vientiane

Read More » A signing ceremony to mark the occasion, held in the Laos capital Vientiane, was attended by representatives from the Laos and Vietnam parliaments, Vietjet CEO, Dinh Viet Phuong, and Lao Airlines managing director, Khamla Phommavanh. Vietjet will start nonstop four times a week Ho Chi Minh City-Vientiane next February. A specific start date has not been announced. “Vietjet’s new route is expected to contribute to the promotion of trade, tourism and cultural exchanges between the two countries, creating fruitful outcomes in the longstanding cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Laos,” Vietjet said.
