Singapore Airlines to boost schedule to Brisbane in 2024

Singapore Airlines (SIA) will increase its Singapore-Brisbane flights to 25 a week from November next year, adding four services weekly to the Star Alliance member's normal flying pattern of 21 rotations a week at present. Read More » SIA also will upgrade its Singapore-Brisbane flight frequency to 25 a week in the busy end-of-year travel season through to January 2024. “It has been heartening to see strong demand for travel to and from Brisbane,” SIA regional vice president, Louis Arul, said. “We are happy to deliver this additional frequency, which provides another option for travellers to Singapore and beyond to Europe and Asia. We are particularly pleased to announce this scheduled service one year in advance, giving our Queensland customers more departure time options to best meet their travel needs.” Brisbane Airport CEO, Gert-Jan de Graaff, said SIA was critical to Queensland's connectivity to Europe and also played a key role for traffic to and from India.
