SpiceJet flags National Stock Exchange of India listing

SpiceJet is planning to list for trading on the National Stock Exchange of India. Read More » Currently, SpiceJet shares are listed on India's BSE Limited stock exchange. “In order to reach a wider investor base, the company shall soon be listing its securities on the National Stock Exchange of India,” SpiceJet said in a regulatory filing with the BSE. Investors welcomed the news, with SpiceJet shares finishing yesterday's trading day higher by 10.2%, at 60.57 rupee, on a day the broader market traded flat. In other SpiceJet news, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Court has discharged a freeze order on a 737-800, registration VT-SLM, grounded at Dubai Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). “Summarily, there is not any Order of the DIFC Court restricting SpiceJet from operating the aircraft, including departing from DWC,” SpiceJet said.
