Hainan Airlines has awarded a contract to SATS Ltd (SATS) for cargo handling services in Saudi Arabia.
TASL, a subsidiary of India’s Tata Sons, will supply Boeing Commercial Airplanes with advanced composite assemblies for the 737 MAX, the 777X and the 787. The components will be manufactured at TASL’s composite facilities in Bengaluru and Nagpur.
U.S. aerospace supplier, Arconic Corp., controlled by private equity firm, Apollo Global Management, is selling its China business in a deal that could value it at $300 million, three people with knowledge of the matter have told Reuters news agency.
