Changi Airport nears pre-pandemic passenger traffic in January

Singapore Changi Airport reported 5.4 million passengers passed through its four terminals last month, up 24.3% from the same month in 2023. Read More » The airport is within touching distance of pre-pandemic levels with the January 2024 figures at 96% of the 5.7 million passengers who travelled through Changi in January 2019. Commercial aircraft movements were 92% of January 2019 at 30,100. Earlier this month, Singapore’s minister for transport, Chee Hong Tat, said passenger volumes at Changi Airport will reach pre-pandemic numbers this year.
