Hong Kong airport's third runway system scheduled for commissioning by year-end

Hong Kong Special Administrative Region finance secretary, Paul Chan, said in his budget speech last week that Airport Authority Hong Kong was “working full steam ahead” on Hong Kong International Airport's (HKIA) three-runway system (3RS) with the “target of commissioning” by the end of this year.
