Etihad Airways to launch Abu Dhabi-Jaipur, increase capacity across Asia

Read More » The destination will be the 11th route to India flown by the UAE carrier and will operate four times a week with an A320. “This expansion underscores Etihad’s commitment to the India market and strengthens cultural and economic ties between India and the UAE,” a carrier statement said. Also, from June 15, Etihad will increase capacity from Abu Dhabi to Thiruvananthapuram (10 a week), to Karachi at 17 weekly and to 20 times a week to Colombo. “Our enhanced summer schedule marks an important step in our growth strategy, offering our guests additional flexibility and choice,” Etihad Airways chief revenue and commercial officer, Arik De, said.
