EVA Airways returns to Matsuyama, introducing Kaohsiung-Hong Kong

EVA Airways resumed direct Taipei Taoyuan-Matsuyama in Japan on March 6. Read More » The service will operate twice weekly with A321s and will double the route’s frequency in time for the peak March 20 to April 30 Cherry Blossom season. The route was inaugurated in July 2019 but suspended due to the pandemic. EVA also will begin flying daily between Kaohsiung in southern Taiwan and Hong Kong next month and then increase the A321 rotation to double daily from May 15. Kaohsiung-Hong Kong is served by China Airlines, Cathay Pacific, and HK Express.
