Embraer posts return to profitability, flags increase in aircraft deliveries in 2024

Embraer has reported net profit of US$164 million for the 12 months to December 31 2023, returning to profitability from a net loss of US$185.4 million in calendar 2022. In terms of the outlook, the Brazil-headquartered aerospace company said it expected to deliver between 72 and 80 commercial aircraft in 2024, up from 64 deliveries last year, while revenues were tipped to grow to between US$6 billion and US$6.4 billion.
