SpiceJet receives please explain letter after lessor appeals settlement ruling

India's stock exchange has asked SpiceJet for clarification of media reports that lessor Wilmington Trust SP Services has lodged an appeal with the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) against a National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) ruling that dismissed its insolvency petition against the airline. SpiceJet has settled disputes concerning leasing fees and charges with three lessors in recent weeks.
