China Airlines offering new inflight menu developed with Taipei’s Michelin-starred MIPON restaurant

Taiwan’s China Airlines (CAL) has announced a new collaboration with Michelin starred restaurant, MIPON, located in the Grand Mayfull Hotel Taipei. Read More » “Starred Taiwanese Cuisine on the Clouds” inflight menu is themed around classic Taiwanese dishes and will be rolled out from April 1 in all classes on regional routes to Southeast Asia, cross-strait cities and Japanese and Korean destinations. Post-pandemic, carriers including CAL, EVA Airways and STARLUX Airlines have started collaborating with famous restaurants to enhance their inflight catering. CAL also will continue to enhance its in-flight catering with its partnerships with top local restaurants, Yangming Spring, low-carbon Michelin Green Star restaurant and Les Palais, the first Michelin three-star Chinese restaurant in Taiwan.
