Honeywell plans to acquire the entire share capital of Civitanavi Systems S.p.A., to strengthen Honeywell's capabilities in creating autonomous operations for aircraft and other vehicles.
The Republic of Korea will join a growing list of nations associated with Horizon Europe, the EU research and innovation program.
Abelo, a regional aircraft leasing company, will acquire four ATR72-600s through SKY Leasing. The transaction expands Abelo’s portfolio to 57 owned and managed aircraft. The four aircraft are on lease to India’s IndiGo.
