Air Seychelles and SriLankan Airlines agree to code-share

Air Seychelles and SriLankan Airlines are to code share on flights to 20 destinations in the Asia-Pacific and Africa. Read More » SriLankan will place its UL airline code on Air Seychelles’ nonstop Colombo-Mahe rotation and SriLankan will carry the Air Seychelles HM code on SriLankan’s network from Colombo to destinations across Australia, India, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. The partnership builds on an interline agreement established by the two airlines in June last year. “We are pleased to boost our codes-share network and presence in the African region with this new partnership,” SriLankan CEO, Richard Nuttall, said. “We look forward to working with Air Seychelles to provide our customers with even more destination options in the coming years.” Air Seychelles CEO, Sandy Benoiton, said: “We have been flying to Colombo for more than nine months and the twice a week route has been successful. The next step in solidifying our relationship is this code-share, offering passengers the convenience of a single ticket to several points in Asia and Australia served by our partner.”
