Delta Air Lines trims Asia-Pacific network

Delta Air Lines has cancelled its resumption of nonstop Los Angeles-Shanghai Pudong that was intended to commence in late October, local media reports. Read More » Re-activation of the route has been pushed back several times since it was announced last year. At present, Delta serves Pudong from Detroit and Seattle. The SkyTeam alliance member also has suspended nonstop Los Angeles-Auckland for the 2025 northern hemisphere summer season. Atlanta-headquartered Delta is expected to resume flying to Auckland on a seasonal rotation between October and March.
