Gateway Development Alliance and its shareholders have announced a pre-conditional voluntary offer to acquire all the shares in Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) not owned by the consortium. The consortium is led by two Malaysian Government Linked Investment Companies - Khazanah Nasional Bhd via its 100% owned subsidiary, UEM Group Bhd, and the Employees Provident Fund (EPF).

Avia Solutions Group has completed a US$300 million issue of five-year senior unsecured bonds with a coupon of 9.75%.

Honeywell has announced a partnership with Enel North America to enhance building automation and demand response solutions for commercial and industrial organizations by using automation to control and regulate energy loads to help stabilize the power grid.

Boeing has delivered its 1,500th 737 MAX exactly seven years after the world’s first 737 MAX was accepted by Lion Air Group. The newest 737 MAX, model 737-8200, is equipped with high seating density and was delivered to Ryanair, one of the world’s largest operators of the type.

Tibet Airlines been joined the International Air Transport Association as a full member.
