Japan Airlines reports 2.6 million domestic passengers for April

Japan Airlines (JAL) transported 2.56 million passengers on its domestic network in April, little changed from 2.58 million passengers it carried in the same month in 2023. Read More » The number of international passengers increased 10.9%, to 563,617, from 508,203 air travellers a year earlier. The oneworld alliance member's monthly traffic report said capacity, measured by available seat kilometres (ASK), on its domestic network was flat year-on-year, while international capacity rose 2.9% in the month. JAL's domestic passenger load factor was 0.4 of a percentage point higher at 68.4%, while the international passenger load factor was up 4.3 percentage points at 78.8%.
