Changi Airport reports 5.4 billon passengers for April

Singapore Changi Airport received 5.4 million passengers across its four terminals in April, up 17.4% from 4.6 million passengers in the same month in 2023. Read More » While the passenger totals for February and March were higher than the comparable monthly total prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, the April figure was 3.2% below the 5.6 million passengers the airport handled in April 2019. The number of commercial aircraft movements was 10.6% higher at 29,100, compared with the same month in 2023 and freight tonnage increased by 12.2% year-on-year to 158,000 tonnes, Changi Airport said in its monthly traffic report.
