Malaysia-headquartered Firefly is offering customers the option of purchasing air fares that include up to two empty adjacent seats on selected routes. Read More » The Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) carrier said passengers can bid for available seats through a dedicated portal up to 72 hours before their flight departs. Firefly also is adding more pre-booked meal options on its 737 services and new snack and drink options on the airline’s jet and turboprop services. “Our passenger satisfaction is paramount to us,” MAG CEO for airlines, Ahmad Luqman Mohd Azmi, said. “This initiative underscores our commitment to ensuring every passenger feels valued and appreciated, fostering a sense of belonging and comfort throughout their journeys with us.”
