Japan Airlines reports 13.4% increase in international passengers but domestic traffic declines

Domestically, it was a less positive story with the oneworld alliance member reporting 2.8 million passengers flown on its in-country network in May, down 7.2% from three million passengers in the same month a year ago. Domestic passenger load factor declined 5.1 percentage points to 70.5% in the 31 days and capacity was flat, JAL said.
