ATR has delivered its 1700th aircraft to a long-term customer, Air Corsica. The delivery of the ATR 72-600 to the French carrier completes the transition of the ATR-500 series to the latest generation of turboprops.
Capital A CEO, Tony Fernandes, said on August 26 the company's catering unit, Santan, had approached Malaysia Airlines about supplying the flag carrier with catering services, local media reports, citing comments Fernandes made at an a promotional event.
