Airport Authority Hong Kong has reaffirmed its expectation that all three runways at Hong Kong International Airport will commence operations by the end of 2024, after it conducted an aircraft crash and rescue exercise on the reconfigured Centre Runway on October 15. The exercise involved 1,000 representatives from more than 20 organisations and government departments.

U.S. acting Labor Secretary, Julie Su, visited Seattle on October 14 to meet with Boeing and the company's workers in an attempt to end a strike now in its fifth week, Reuters news agency reported.

LCC IndiGo has partnered with Spotify to offer customers the option to create a travel playlist, 6E Shuffle, based on their destinations.

Eve Air Mobility has signed a US$88 million loan agreement with Brazil’s National Development Bank. The funds will support the development of its electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft production facility in São Paulo’s Taubate.
