IndiGo adds second international route from Pune

India’s largest carrier by passengers carried, IndiGo, will start daily nonstop Pune-Dubai on November 22, operating the route as a midnight departure from Pune and a late afternoon departure from Dubai. Read More » At present, the LCC flies nonstop Pune to Bangkok. "With the introduction of these flights, IndiGo will fly more than 100 direct flights a week to Dubai from 13 cities across India. It now proudly offers a wide choice of more than 225 weekly flights into the UAE from 18 cities in India,” IndiGo head of global sales, Vinay Malhotra, said. Pune-Dubai will increase IndiGo’s network from Maharashtra in western India to 383 flights a week to 25 destinations.
