All Nippon Airways upgrading premium Tokyo-Haneda check-in facilities

All Nippon Airways (ANA) is renovating its domestic check-in facilities at Tokyo Haneda’s Terminal 2 with the installation of extra check-in counters and smart lane security screening. Read More » Phase one of the project will be the ANA Suite check-in area for diamond members of the airline's frequent flyer program followed by the ANA Premium check-in area in the terminal’s northern precinct. ANA Premium check-in facilities located in the terminal’s south side will be completed in the 2025 northern hemisphere summer period. "ANA is committed to providing a superior travel experience for our customers," the airline’s executive vice president for customer experience management and planning, Tomoji Ishii, said. "These renovations demonstrate our dedication to passenger comfort and ease, showcasing Japanese craftsmanship and sustainable practices including recycled materials and traditional techniques."
