Japan Airlines has invested in carbon removal company, Heirloom Carbon Technologies, as part of efforts to diversify methods for achieving net zero carbon dioxide emissions by 2050.
Qantas Freight is planning to increase cargo volumes by 5% during the Christmas period compared with the same weeks a year ago. The Qantas Group is flying six A321F freighters with a "Santa's Freight" livery.
