Global Crossing Airlines Group has entered into a joint venture with ATB Aviation Australia that will establish a new airline headquartered in Melbourne.  Intended to serve the Asia-Pacific, it will be a charter airline and also offer Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance (ACMI) services.

Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance and AAR have formed a joint venture to support nacelles MRO on “new gen” aircraft that will be located within AAR’s Chonburi complex in Thailand.

AerCap Holdings will lease two 737-800s to the Mukamalah Aviation Company for the use of Aramco Group staff in Saudi Arabia.
