Read More » The airline has forecast 2024 net losses of 1.87 billion yuan (US$173 million) at the top end of its market guidance compared with a net loss of 6.4 billion yuan in 2023. "In 2024, the domestic economy continued to recover and the civil aviation industry recovered at higher speed," CSA said in a regulatory filing. "However, multiple factors, including the relatively slow recovery of the international market, sharp increases in the price of aircraft aviation materials and the depreciation of the renminbi, means the company is still facing great operating pressure," CSA said.
