Cebu Pacific will accept fewer aircraft into its fleet this year compared with 2024. Read More » The company was responding to a request for clarification from the Philippine Stock Exchange after local media reported the LCC will lower capital expenditure in 2025 following a reduction in aircraft orders. "The company confirms aircraft deliveries for 2025 will be lower than 2024, which will accordingly lead to a reduction in capital expenditure for the year," Cebu Pacific said in the regulatory filing. "Should there be any significant developments or material updates on this matter, the company remains committed to providing timely and transparent disclosures in compliance with applicable regulations." Cebu Pacific accepted 17 aircraft into its fleet in 2024.
