Read More » “We are delighted to introduce Urumqi as the Cathay Group’s 11th new port to be announced this year as we move closer to reaching 100 destinations globally in 2025,” Cathay chief customer and commercial officer, Lavinia Lau, said. “We are committed to providing our customers with even more destinations and flight choices when travelling between Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland and beyond.” Cathay will be the fourth airline serving Urumqi alongside China Southern Airlines, Hong Kong Airlines and Urumqi Air. Combined Cathay Pacific and its LCC, HK Express, operate to 20 cities in China.
